

Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If applicable, each winner’s guest must also comply with these rules. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility
This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
The promotion applies to any purchase of a promotional St Austell Proper Job 4X440ml can pack or purchase of a St Austell Proper Job pint in participating pubs during the Main Promotional Period and the Mop-Up Draw Period.
Purchase required. Retain proof of purchase showing purchase during the Main Promotional Period or Mop-Up Draw Period and prior to entry.
Internet access required.
Retain promotional pack (in-store or online) or promotional card (in pub) for unique code reference. Each entry must be submitted with a different unique code.
One entry per day permitted per person during the main Promotional Period and Mop-Up Draw Period. Maximum 3 Winning Moments Prizes and 1 Grand Prize per person during the Main Promotional Period and 1 prize per person during the Mop-Up Draw Period.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Promotional period
The full promotion will run from 11:00 1st July 2025 – 23:00 22nd September 2025 (GMT).
The Main Promotional Period will run from 11:00 1st July – 23:00 25th August 2025. All eligible entries received during the Main Promotional Period will be entered into the Winning Moments and Grand Prize Draw.
The Mop-Up Draw Period will run from 11:00 26th August 2025 – 23:00 22nd September 2025. All eligible entries received during the Mop-Up Draw Entry Period will be entered into the Mop-Up Draw.
Entries received after the close of the Mop-Up Draw Entry Period will not be accepted.
How to enter
Purchase from a retailer in-store or online
To enter, purchase a promotional St Austell Proper Job 4X440ml can pack from selected Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Ocado & Morrisons stores instore or online or selected convenience stores during the Main Promotional Period or the Mop-Up Draw Entry Period, then visit www.properwin.co.uk and enter your first name, surname, email address and your unique code on the entry form. The unique code can be found on the inside of the cardboard can pack.
Purchase in a pub
To enter, purchase a pint of St Austell Proper Job and receive a promotional card from serving staff in participating pubs during Main Promotional Period or Mop-Up Draw Entry Period, then visit www.properwin.co.uk and enter your first name, surname, email address, and your promotional card's unique code on the entry form. The unique code can be found on the promotional card's facing.
Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion may result in disqualification, and all such entries will be declared void.
Promotional products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Grand Draw Prizes - South West Gourmet Weekend for Two
There are 5 Grand Prizes available to be won in total, consisting of a South West gourmet weekend for 2 people (winner and 1 guest 18+).

Your travel allowance will be provided in the form of £150.00 spending money. Additional transfers are not included as part of this prize. Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
You will be staying in a 4-star pub hotel accommodation, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Your half-day cooking class at Rick Stein’s Cookery School is based on 2 people and lasts approximately 4-hours. Classes include expert demonstration and instruction by Rick Stein Cookery School chefs, all ingredients and utensils and drinks whilst enjoying the food you’ve prepared. Classes subject to availability at time of booking.
Your dinner and drinks allowance is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the main menu and 2 Proper Jobs per person each evening to the maximum value of £200.00 total. Reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of valid prize claim and the completion of the verification process.
Charmouth

Your Mark’s Kitchen Table experience is based on 2 people and lasts approximately 4-hours. Experience includes drink on arrival, a 6-course lunch or dinner with wine, a signed cookbook and a goody bag of local produce. Experience subject to availability at time of booking.

Your dinner and drinks allowance is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the main menu and 2 Proper Jobs per person each evening to the maximum value of £200.00 total. Reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.

Winning Moment prizes
There are 50 Winning Moments Prizes available to be won in total across the Main Promotional Period, consisting of:
32 x Proper Job £10 e-vouchers
This e-voucher can be used at the St Austell Brewery only shop (www.staustellbreweryshop.co.uk). Vouchers will need to be redeemed in one transaction and can be used only towards purchases of any Proper Job products - excluding Proper Job 0.5% and Proper Job - Big Job. This e-voucher will be valid until 23:59 31/05/2026.
10 x Mesa firepits
Each Mesa tabletop firepit prize will contain: Stainless Steel Mesa Tabletop Firepit (600g), Mesa Stand and Mesa Nylon Carry Bag. RRP £84.99.
8 x £275 Pareusi e-gift cards
There is a one-year expiration on any Pareusi voucher that will begin from the date it is gifted to the winner. Vouchers can be used to pay in full to the equal amount or to pay towards any Pareusi product through the Pareusi website. These vouchers can only be used at www.pareusi.com. No Pareusi gift vouchers will be valid through third-party companies, unless listed on the Pareusi website. Gift vouchers can not be used during any online sales or promotional offerings. To purchase any kitchen knife, you have to be over the age of 18. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Mop-Up Draw Prizes
There are 3 Mop-Up Draw Prizes available to be won in total, consisting of; 3 x Proper Job £10 e-vouchers.
Please see above for terms and conditions specific to the Proper Job e-vouchers.
In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, with an alternative of equal or greater value.
No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Winner selection
Grand Prize Draw
All eligible entries received during the Main Promotional Period will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
Five winners will be picked via a randomised computer process on the 26th August 2025, following the closure of the Main Promotional Period. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
Winning Moments
During the Main Promotional Period, Winning Moment Prizes have been allocated randomly using a secure, independently verified computer programme. Prizes will be allocated via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds). There are 50 winning moments available in total throughout the Main Promotional Period. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win the prize allocated to that winning moment. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner on or after the next winning moment. No guarantee all prizes will be won in the main promotional period and any remaining winning moment prizes not won or any prizes that remain unclaimed following the close of the main promotional period will be re-allocated to the Mop-Up Draw.
Total number of promotional packs available: 83,300. Total number of promotional cards available: 150,000.
Mop-Up Draw
All eligible entries received during the Mop-up Draw Entry Period will be entered into the Mop-Up Draw. The winners will be drawn on 23rd September 2025 via a randomised computer process. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
Winner notification & prize delivery
Grand Prize Winners
The Grand Prize Winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the Grand Prize Draw. The winners will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) via reply to the email notification.
In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months, after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email accounts during this time in case they are a winner. The Grand Prize Winners will be requested to provide their county of residence for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
Once valid acceptance confirmation has been given and after the completion of the verification process, the South West Gourmet Weekend will be organised via the Prize Agency, “The NDL Group”. The winners can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks of a valid prize claim and completion of the verification process.
Winning Moments
During the Main Promotional Period, entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won or not, what they have won and will also receive a winner notification email to the email address provided on entry.
Prize delivery for Proper Job £10 e-voucher shall be made by email to the winners’ email addresses within 28 days of the date of win, subject to validation of the details uploaded.
Mop-Up Draw Winners
The Mop-Up Draw Winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the Mop-Up Draw. The winner will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) via reply to the email notification.

Prize delivery for Proper Job £10 e-voucher shall be made by email to Mop-Up Draw Winners’ email addresses within 28 days of the date of win, subject to validation of the details uploaded.
Any reallocated South West Gourmet Weekends will be organised via the prize agency, “The NDL Group”. The winners can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks after valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to communicate any delays to you. Suppose a winner does not follow the prize claim instructions at the time of win. In that case, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the prize pool, which may be won by another entrant during the main or mop-up draw promotional period.
Winners list
The Promoter will make available the Grand Prize Winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for promotional pack or promotional card and proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing the entrant’s date of birth) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
General
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction
Data protection
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 3 months after the end date of each promotional period with the exception of the Grand Prize Winners whose data will be deleted after the completion of their trip. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
